Gay and Lesbian Hollywood and Philippine Entertainment that Makes Us Proud!

According to Perez Hilton, Ms. California lost the crown for Ms. America because of her answer regarding same sex marriage. When asked about her views about same sex marriage, Ms. California answered that she still believes than marriage should be between a man and a woman. I respect Ms. California’s answer, because I believe this issue will take a lot more ‘arguments’ before we as a society fully accepts the gays and lesbians. We also definitely need to re-educate the religious about the acceptance of gays and lesbians, if we will continuously have Pope Benedict condemning the gay lifestyle, then we definitely have a long way to go. It’s a journey to the moon, and we have are only ten steps from the start.

Nevertheless, I think it would be nice to recognize (in my own little way) the gays and lesbians both in the local entertainment industry and in Hollywood that has come out and are making a difference in their own way. They are paving the way for the future generation to be more open and for the society to accept the so-called third sex.

  2. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 – “Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”

  3. I came across this website in pursuit of one of my favorite musicians, Elton John. I wasn’t really stunned that he’s a proud member and associate of this group, and it’s because I’ve heared it said sometime earlier that he was a gay.

I’m a Christian and I hold very dear the beliefs and ideals of that religion. However, unlike many of my colleagues, I believe that in life, one has choices to make, choices that one eventually ought to take full responsibility for. If in the pursuit of one’s dreams one comes across as violating norms and values, so be it.

Upon this principle, I see nothing wrong with people deciding to defy nature by engaging in intimate or amorous relationship with their sex.

While I’ll do all within my power to talk someone out of homosexuality and homosexualism, I cant’t force that person against his wish. And that’s where I stand.
